Not all products are eligible for returns. We do not offer a cooling off period. Once you place your order, please understand there are no refunds or cancellations. To maintain our competitive prices, many items are “Final Sale.” Please make sure to note if your item is eligible for return or refund prior to purchasing it.
Items that are not eligible for returns are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the Product page for that Product, when you place it in your Shopping Cart.
If your item is returnable, please note: Items arriving after the 7 day return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Acrila must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number and a packing label for you to use. IMPORTANT: Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed. Note: We will provide special return instructions for furniture and other items shipped via a delivery service.
We are unable to accept returns of goods that are not in their original packaging, no exceptions. Refunds or Credits will be processed after the goods have been received.
Please make sure that you inspect your order immediately, before accepting possession from the freight/shipping carrier. If you are unable to accept and inspect your order, we highly suggest that you upgrade to white glove service, as they will handle inspection for you. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with photo images clearly showing the damage. You need to inform email@example.com of any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order.
If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assist you. A photo image is helpful to speed up any claims. Make sure to keep all original packaging, and please note that all returns must occur within 7 days of delivery.
Acrila USA guarantees all products against structural defects for 30 days from date of delivery.
Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. All CLEARANCE items are sold as is. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be issued.
All returns are subject to the discretion of Acrila USA and will incur a 30% restocking fee based on the original purchase price. There are no refunds for the cost of shipping and delivery.
It is your responsibility, prior to placing an order, to determine whether our products are suitable for your intended use. It is important to note, there is a 50% restocking fee and no refund on shipping and delivery plus the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Acrila USA if any piece of furniture cannot fit into the intended location. Acrila USA makes no warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular use or arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
